Apple Crumble Smoothie
This smoothie is perfect for anyone at breakfast time! I made this one for my 9 month old baby, but it’s got great nutrients in it for everyone!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Gala Apple
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Medjool Dates
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 3 - 4 oz3 - 4 oz3 - 4 oz Ice Water

- First, slice the apple and remove the skin!
- In a blender, mix all of the ingredients together.
- Pour into the desired cup and let whoever it’s for, enjoy!
Notes
Apples are a good source of vitamin C, fiber, potassium, vitamin E and polyphenols. Dates are a good source of fiber, vitamin C, and vitamins B(1) thiamine, B(2) riboflavin, nicotinic acid (niacin) and vitamin A. Oats offer high amounts of many vitamins and minerals, such as manganese, phosphorus, copper, B vitamins, iron, selenium, magnesium, and zinc. Peanut butter is a great source of antioxidants like manganese, vitamin E, and B vitamins.
