This smoothie is perfect for anyone at breakfast time! I made this one for my 9 month old baby, but it’s got great nutrients in it for everyone!

  1. First, slice the apple and remove the skin!
  2. In a blender, mix all of the ingredients together.
  3. Pour into the desired cup and let whoever it’s for, enjoy!

Dates are a good source of fiber, vitamin C, and vitamins B(1) thiamine, B(2) riboflavin, nicotinic acid (niacin) and vitamin A. Peanut butter is a great source of antioxidants like manganese, vitamin E, and B vitamins.
