Banana Bread Smoothie
This smoothie is absolutely delicious. Your kids will love it. I promise! This is also a great smoothie to give before bed time! It’s filling and has excellent nutrients in it for bed time!
Ingredients
- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Banana
- 4 - 6 fl oz4 - 6 fl oz4 - 6 fl oz Whole Milk
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Medjool Dates
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Sprouted Rolled Oats - One Degree Organic
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cashews, Raw

- In a blender, add all of your ingredients. Blend together until smooth and creamy! Pour into their desired cup and enjoy!
