- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Butter, Salted, for the caramalized onion

- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Butter, Salted, for the bread

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp ARGILOS I (Early Harvest) Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500ml) - Argilos

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Apple Pie Spice - Primal Palate

Caramelize the onion
- Heat 1 Tbsp butter + ½ tsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-low.
- Add onions and a pinch of salt. Cook 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and soft.
Assemble sandwiches
- Butter one side of each sourdough slice.
- Layer cheddar, apple slices, a tiny dash of cinnamon, and caramelized onions between two slices (buttered sides facing out).
Grill sandwiches
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Cook sandwiches 3–4 minutes per side until bread is golden and cheese is melty.
