3-Ingredient Chocolate Fudge Frosting
This easy 3-ingredient chocolate fudge frosting is rich, creamy, and completely sugar-free! Made with melted sugar-free chocolate chips, butter, and a touch of cocoa powder, it whips up in minutes and delivers a smooth, decadent finish perfect for cakes, brownies, or low-carb treats. Makes enough for 12 cupcakes or one two-layer 6-inch cake.
Ingredients
- 7 oz7 oz7 oz Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Chips
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Butter, Salted
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder
Process

- In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the sugar-free chocolate chips, butter, and cocoa powder together, stirring continuously until smooth and fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours, or until firm.
- Once set, remove from the fridge and allow it to come to room temperature.
- Using an electric hand mixer, whip the mixture on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes, or until light, fluffy, and spreadable.
