- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana, divided

- Add cottage cheese, protein powder, maple syrup, & 1/2 banana to the base of an immersion blender cup & blend until smooth and creamy.
- In the empty cottage cheese cup or small bowl, add a few banana slices at the base. Layer with 1/2 the pudding mixture, then 3 vanilla wafer cookies. Top with remaining 1/2 pudding mix. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (more for a softer cookie center) .
- Remove from fridge, top with whipped cream and an extra crushed vanilla wafer cookie, & enjoy!
