Protein Banana Bread
This banana bread is so delicious and PACKED with protein! ENJOY!
Ingredients
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Paleo Baking Flour - Bob's Red Mill
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Vanilla Protein Powder, I use FlavCity protein powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Soda
- 0.75 tsp0.75 tsp0.75 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
- 222 Banana, Over Ripe
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Coconut Sugar
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Avocado Oil
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Bean Powder
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Walnuts, Chopped

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add all of the ingredients to a stand mixer. Mix on medium speed until fully combined.
- Pour the batter in a greased 9x5 loaf pan.
- Bake at 350F for 50 – 55 minutes.
- Cover the bread with foil after 20 minutes of baking to prevent the top from browning.
- When the bread is done baking, let it cool in the baking dish with the foil on top until it’s cool enough to handle.
- Transfer to a cooling rack.
