Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Place the salmon filets in a container and pour half a bottle of Big Mama's Calamondin Vinaigrette.
- Set it in the refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 400 and cover a large baking pan with tin foil.
- Place the salmon filets and marinade on the baking pan. Make sure to rub the marinade all over the sides and top of the filets so that it has no dry areas.
