Ingredients
base:

- 100 ml100 ml100 ml Milk, any works fine - around ⅓ cup

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Maple Syrup
apple pie layer:
- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Apple, Green, diced
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

yoghurt layer:
- 150 grams150 grams150 grams Plain Greek Yogurt, around ½ cup

- Crush weetbix into a bowl or container.
- Add the milk and maple syrup to the bowl, stir to combine, and flatten down the base.
- For the stewed apples, add a splash of water to a small pot on a medium heat. Add in the apples and cinnamon. Cook until the apple has softened.
- In a separate bowl, mix the yoghurt and protein powder until smooth and combined. Spread evenly over the weetbix base.
- Microwave the biscoff in a microwave-safe bowl for 20-30seconds until runny. Evenly pour over the weetbix base.
- Top with crushed biscoff biscuiit.
- Leave in the fridge overnight (or at least 15 minutes) and enjoy!
