Biscoff Overnight Oats
Biscoff and oats are a match made in heaven. These overnight oats are sweet, filling, and a real treat to start your day! If you love Biscoff, then this one’s for YOU!
This breakfast is made with healthy ingredients like oats, chia seeds, and yogurt to fuel your morning. Plus a little bit of Biscoff cookie butter and a crumbled Biscoff cookie on top to make it fun… because it’s all about balance.
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Rolled Oats
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Soy Milk, or plant-based milk of choice
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Almond Milk Yogurt, or plant-based yogurt of choice
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder, optional-- if using, add an extra splash of milk
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lotus Biscoff Cookie Butter (Creamy), melted
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lotus Biscoff Cookie Butter (Creamy), melted
- 111 Lotus Biscoff Cookies, crumbled

- In a bowl or jar, combine all ingredients and stir together until fully combined.
- Cover and let sit in the fridge overnight or at least 4 hours.
- Pour melted Biscoff cookie butter on top and spread evenly. Crumble a Biscoff cookie on top. Let sit on the counter a few minutes for the Biscoff cookie butter on top to set. Dig in and enjoy!
