Blender Protein Banana Muffins
If you want a high protein easy breakfast, these blender muffins are most, full of protein and delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Egg
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Maple Syrup, Pure, you can substitute honey
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Milk, any milk works
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Kosher Salt
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup 100% Unsweetened Chocolate Chips, optional

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Add all of your ingredients (except the chocolate chips) to your blender. Blend until smooth. I blended for about 30-60 seconds before scrapping the sides and blending again for another 30 seconds or so. The time it takes to blend depends on your blenders strength. Once blended add your chocolate chips and pour into your muffin cups. Bake for 14-16 minutes and enjoy!
Notes
If you will be eating these all week long store in the refrigerator. You can warm them up in the oven or microwave or enjoy cold!
