Brain Powering Muffins

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Walnuts

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pumpkin Seeds

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- In a blender, add your banana, eggs, maple syrup, walnuts and pumpkin seeds. Blend until creamy.
- Pour mixture into a bowl. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Mix together.
- Pour into a greased muffin pan. Place in the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes.
