Bread Machine Honey White Bread
This recipe is for a 1.5 pound loaf. The bread machine I personally use can be found here. I love that I can switch between loaf sizes and that it's a ceramic coated pan, as it's the lowest tox option I've found in the United States! This particular recipe took a TON of trial and error. I think this was maybe the 8th iteration. I hope you love it as much as we do!
If you have a kitchen scale I highly recommend utilizing the gram measurements by just putting the bread machine insert directly onto the scale and taring it.

- Remove bread machine insert from machine and add ingredients in order, starting with the milk. Then insert your bread machine pan into the machine. I find it easiest to just stick my insert on a kitchen scale and go by gram measurements - the loaf is always exactly the same this way!
- Set bread machine for a 1.5 pound loaf (750g), "soft" or "basic" bread setting with the lightest coloring option. Press "Start".
- When your bread machine is done, promptly remove the loaf to a cooling rack. Gently jiggle it from the bread machine insert onto it's side and then gently sit it upright.
- You can cut the bread immediately if you like warm, fresh bread with butter, but just note that it may be a bit dense/moist towards the bottom if you do so. I like to cut a few slices to eat immediately, then when it's fully cool in an hour or so I'll cut the rest into slices and place it in a bag in my fridge. This is just how I personally store bread, there are many ways to go about this.
