my infamous protein pancakes are getting a taco takeover → meet the "pan-tacos"! 🥞➡️🌮 gluten-free, high-protein, & way more fun than your classic breakfast taco. ✨
Ingredients
- greek yogurt protein pancakes & waffles (click for recipe), the "pan-taco" shells, I made small/medium sized pancakes
- cheesy eggs (click for recipe), with cheese of choice, I used pepper jack
- easy baked bacon (click for recipe), diced
- Mini Chicken Breakfast Sausage Links, diced
- Avocado, diced
- Tomato, Cherry, diced

- Cilantro, finely chopped
- Red Pepper Flakes

- Hot Sauce, flavor of choice, I used a peach cayenne flavor
