Brown stew mushrooms

Ingredients

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Kosher Salt
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp White Onion, small diced
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Parsley, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Green Onion (Scallion), finely chopped
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Kosher Salt, adjust if needed
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Browning (Grace)
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Paprika
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Carrots, medium diced
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Garlic, finely minced
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Celery, small diced
- 1 sprig1 sprig1 sprig Thyme
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Water

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- On medium heat, add oil in a saucepan.
- Add fresh herbs excluding the thyme and sauté until translucent.
- Add tomato paste, cook for 1 minute.
- Deglaze with water, add tomatoes, green seasoning, mushroom, thyme and browning. Let cook covered until mushrooms soften (5 -7 minutes).
- Add carrots, after 2 minutes turn off heat and set aside while fully covered.
- Serve with side of choice, preferably rice and enjoy!
