Cantarito
Every summer I break out a Cantarito! They aren't the most popular of drinks and I've only seen them on a menu once - and that's where I discovered it. It's basically like a paloma with a couple extra juices to make it super delicious but still refreshing! They are normally served in a clay cup but... I don't have one! Glass will do! Ingredients
- 2 fl oz2 fl oz2 fl oz Blanco Tequila
- 2 fl oz2 fl oz2 fl oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1.5 fl oz1.5 fl oz1.5 fl oz Orange Juice
- .75 fl oz.75 fl oz.75 fl oz Lime Juice
- 2 fl oz2 fl oz2 fl oz Club Soda
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Tajín Clásico Seasoning
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Orange, slices

- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Lime, slices

For Garnish, optional
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Take a slice of lime and rim your glasses.
- Spread tajin on a plate and dip the lime soaked rim of your glass in the tajin. Set aside.
- In a shaker, add tequila, grapefruit juice, orange juice, and lime juice.
- Shake until the shaker glass and your fingers become cold.
- Add ice to your glasses.
- Pour drink mixture in your glasses and top off with club soda.
- Garnish with fresh citrus fruit slices and enjoy!
