Carrot Cake Overnight Weetbix
aka, dessert for breakfast (my speciality if you haven't noticed already)

so easy to whip together and the perfect high protein meal prep breakfast that will get you right out of bed in the morning (no literally, this is the one thing i look forward to most every day)
Ingredients
base:
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Weetabix
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Carrots, small, grated
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Walnuts, chopped

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Functional Chai Latte - Nu Harvest, use code NOA15 to save xx
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Milk, any works fine

yoghurt layer
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, can sub for any yoghurt
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Vanilla Pancake Batter Plant Protein - Naked Harvest, use code NOA15 to save xx

toppings
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cream Cheese, Full Fat
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Walnuts, chopped

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Crush your weetbix into a bowl/container.
- Add in the carrots, walnuts, Nu Harvest chai powder, and milk, and mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix yoghurt and protein powder until smooth. Spread evenly over the base.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat cream cheese for 15-20 seconds (until just melted). Spread evenly over the yoghurt layer and top with chopped walnuts.
- Place in the fridge for at least an hour (overnight ideally) and enjoyyy!
