Carrot Raisin Cookies

Ingredients

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1.25 cup1.25 cup1.25 cup One Degree Organic Oats
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Baking Powder
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Carrots, shredded or finely chopped
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Raisins

- Mix everything together in a large bowl.
- Once mixed together, get a cookie scoop and scoop onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Slightly flatten with scooper (these won’t spread and they will be thick).
- Bake at 350 for 15 min. Let cool for 10 -15 min before eating.
