Our love for these carrots is unmatched. This is coming from a girl that doesn’t particularly enjoy carrots, but there’s something about that garlic caramelized in the honey that just makes this dish phenomenal!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. Heat 10-12” cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, dry.
  3. After it’s good and hot, remove from the heat and add your butter. Once melted stir in honey and garlic with a wooden spoon.
  4. Turn heat to medium-low and place pan back on heat, add carrots. Toss for 2-3 minutes until garlic is fragrant.
  5. Remove from heat, sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
  6. Place the skillet in the oven for 25 minutes.
  7. Toss the carrots, sprinkle with parsley and serve.

Notes

Adding some chili flakes with the honey garlic could be a fun addition! Don’t miss out on that minced garlic in the bottom of the pan, it’s phenomenal.
