- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Salt

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder

- 111 Egg, large
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Butter, Unsalted

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Parsley, Dried

- Preheat the oven to 360u00b0F (180u00b0C) and line a round pizza or large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine shredded mozzarella and cru00e8me frau00eeche. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and microwave again until smooth and melted. Stir well to combine.
- Add almond flour, garlic powder, baking powder, salt, and the egg into the melted cheese mixture. Mix everything together until a dough forms. It might look a bit sticky, totally normal.
- Place the dough on the prepared sheet/pan. Use your hands or a second sheet of parchment to press it into a flat round, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake for 15u201320 minutes, until golden brown and slightly firm to the touch.
- While it bakes, mix your butter, parmesan, garlic, and parsley in a small bowl.
- Once the bread is done, brush the garlic butter topping all over. Slice and serve warm!
