Chicken Tinga
Tinga is a traditional Mexican dish that is typically made with tostadas, but can also be used in tacos, quesadillas, sopes, and burritos. Tinga meat has a rich chipotle flavor.

- 111 Tinga Bomb - EZ Bombs
- 3 lb3 lb3 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Thigh, or drumsticks
- 1.5 lb1.5 lb1.5 lb Onion, sliced

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Place the tinga bomb at the bottom of an Instant Pot. Do not add any water.
- Add the boneless chicken thighs or drumsticks to the Instant Pot.
- Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
- After cooking, you can shred the chicken if you want.
- Add the 1.5 pounds of onions to the Instant Pot.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes on high pressure.
- Serve and Enjoy your Chicken Tinga
