Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. in a sauce pan over medium heat, melt chocolate, almond butter, & coconut oil.
  2. once drizzly, mix in collagen, monk fruit, vanilla extract, & sea salt; mix well.
  3. remove from heat, then fold in coconut flakes.
  4. using a 1 T cookie scoop, add a scoop of coconut mixture to a silicon muffin tin.
  5. press a thumb into the center of each cookie to form a ā€œnestā€.
  6. remove from muffin tin, then add any dye-free jelly beans, gummy bears, chocolate candies, or cute little toppings to make your easter nests.
  7. store cookies in the fridge; they are best reheated in the microwave for ~30 seconds!
