simple, low-sugar, gluten-free, & protein-boosted. it's like a grain-free version of a no-bake cookie, but even better!

Ingredients
- 666 Almond Butter Cups - B.T.R. Nation, or ~1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Almond Butter

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Chocolate Collagen - Further Food

- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Classic Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto

- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- 1/4 tsp1/4 tsp1/4 tsp Sea Salt

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Coconut Flakes, Unsweetened, finely shredded

- Jelly Beans - Yum Earth, or any dye-free gummy bears, chocolate candies, etc.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- in a sauce pan over medium heat, melt chocolate, almond butter, & coconut oil.
- once drizzly, mix in collagen, monk fruit, vanilla extract, & sea salt; mix well.
- remove from heat, then fold in coconut flakes.
- using a 1 T cookie scoop, add a scoop of coconut mixture to a silicon muffin tin.
- press a thumb into the center of each cookie to form a ānestā.
- remove from muffin tin, then add any dye-free jelly beans, gummy bears, chocolate candies, or cute little toppings to make your easter nests.
- store cookies in the fridge; they are best reheated in the microwave for ~30 seconds!
