This Christmas Cocktail is my take on a holiday margarita. Featuring 100% pure pomegranate, cranberry, orange and lime juice, a boozy splash of Reposado tequila will really get you in the holiday spirits! Adjust simple syrup to taste, based on the natural sweetness from juice. Serve it with a fresh rosemary sprig for that essential Christmas aroma in every sip. Makes a great batch cocktail for holiday parties and festive gatherings.

2 oz Tequila, Reposado is preferred
1 oz Pomegranate Juice
.75 oz Cranberry Juice, Unsweetened
.75 oz Orange Juice
.5 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Rich Organic Cane Sugar Simple Syrup - Portland Syrups
0.125 tsp Orange Bitters - Portland Syrups, (a couple of dashes)
1 sprig Rosemary, Fresh, for garnish

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results

Add tequila, pomegranate juice, cranberry juice, orange juice, lime juice, simple syrup and bitters to a shaker half filled with ice.
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a rosemary sprig, cranberries and pomegranate arils, as desired.

Notes

To make a batch cocktail (serves 20): Combine 2 ½ cups pomegranate juice, 2 cups cranberry juice, 2 cups orange juice, 1 cup lime juice and 1 cup simple syrup into a large pitcher or drink dispenser. Chill for at least 2 hours. Stir in 4 cups Reposado tequila and serve over ice or in coupe glasses.
