Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, melted chocolate and cocoa powder until well combined.
  2. • Add in the almond flour and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Stir until combined
  3. • Line a square baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into the dish.
  4. • Place in the refrigerator while you prepare the topping.
  5. • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  6. • Pour the melted white chocolate over the chocolate peanut base, spreading it out evenly.
  7. • Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top if desired.
  8. • Place the dish back into the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours, or until the slice is firm.
  9. • Once set, remove the slice from the dish and cut into squares or bars.
  10. • Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
