Cookies n Cream Peanut No bake Slice

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Almond Flour
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Organic Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Dark Chocolate, melted
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Black Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Primal Palate Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, melted chocolate and cocoa powder until well combined.
- • Add in the almond flour and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Stir until combined
- • Line a square baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into the dish.
- • Place in the refrigerator while you prepare the topping.
- • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- • Pour the melted white chocolate over the chocolate peanut base, spreading it out evenly.
- • Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top if desired.
- • Place the dish back into the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours, or until the slice is firm.
- • Once set, remove the slice from the dish and cut into squares or bars.
- • Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
