- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Black Pepper

- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Chicken Stock

- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup Tomato Sauce
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Half and Half
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- .5 Tbsp.5 Tbsp.5 Tbsp Hot Sauce

- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Italian Seasoning

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Toss tomatoes and garlic with olive oil and salt.
- Roast for 30 min.
- Put roasted tomatoes in a pot and add the tomato sauce, chicken stock, half-and-half, hot sauce, maple syrup, pepper and Italian seasoning.
- Heat over medium until hot.
- Blend using immersion blender until smooth.
- Taste and add more salt if needed.
