  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Toss tomatoes and garlic with olive oil and salt.
  3. Roast for 30 min.
  4. Put roasted tomatoes in a pot and add the tomato sauce, chicken stock, half-and-half, hot sauce, maple syrup, pepper and Italian seasoning.
  5. Heat over medium until hot.
  6. Blend using immersion blender until smooth.
  7. Taste and add more salt if needed.
