Crispy Prosciutto
Think of Crispy Prosciutto as the sophisticated sibling of bacon. When perfectly baked, it's a crispy, salty, and downright heavenly treat. One day, I had some extra slices and decided to bake them up for breakfast – and let me tell you, it was a delicious move!
Now, don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan of prosciutto in its natural state, but there are those rare moments when you find yourself with more prosciutto than you can enjoy fresh. It is a wonderful addition to your breakfast spread, pairs so well with eggs or pancakes, and is delicious on its own.

- Bake for about 10 minutes until the fat turns a golden brown hue, and the ends of the prosciutto begin to curl up. For more uniform cooking, consider turning the baking sheet halfway through, depending on your oven.
- Remove the crispy prosciutto from the oven and transfer it to paper towels to drain. As it cools, the prosciutto will become even crispier.
- Enjoy it while it's warm alongside your favorite breakfast.
