Ingredients

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Lay foil down on a baking sheet.
  2. Cut the prosciutto slices in half length-wise. Wrap each date with a strip of prosciutto and place on the foil.
  3. Bake for about 15 minutes. This will depend on how large your dates are, so check at 10 minutes to be sure they are not burning. When the prosciutto is lightly browned, they should be finished.
  4. Remove from oven and let them cool for about 10 minutes before serving. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

These are technically Whole30 compatible, but if you are on a Whole30 round, I advise you save these for parties and such that you know there won’t be other apps that you can eat. Like I said, I use Applegate prosciutto, but you can use any kind. You can use any dates you like, but I prefer to buy ones that are already pitted to save time. This recipe also goes really will if you want to stuff the dates with goat cheese, Kite Hill cream, or your favorite nut butter.
