Crockpot Mac & Cheese
The only Mac & Cheese recipe you will ever need - I promise!
Ingredients
- 12 oz12 oz12 oz Evaporated Milk
- 2 cup2 cup2 cup Half and Half, 480 ml
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Whole Milk
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grated
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Velveeta (Original), Cut into cubes
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Elbow Macaroni Pasta, Uncooked

- 6 Tbsp6 Tbsp6 Tbsp Butter, Unsalted, Cut into cubes

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Salt

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Black Pepper

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Cook macaroni until it’s al dente, place in bottom of crockpot.
- Add butter and stir until melted.
- Add remaining ingredients (reserve 1/2 cup shredded cheddar) and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low 2-3 hours.
- Top with remaining cheddar and cover for another 15 minutes.
- Enjoy!
