These Dairy-Free Vanilla Latte Macchiatos are easy to make and delicious. Even the coffee snob in me enjoys them, albeit reluctantly.

  1. Add almond milk, vanilla bean and agave syrup to a small sauce pan. Heat over medium-low until the milk starts to steam. Use a bamboo whisk or balloon whisk to beat the milk until it froths. Pour milk into individual mugs.
  2. Pour espresso overtop of milk to create a latte macchiato.
  3. Serve immediately.
