Dairy-Free Vanilla Latte Macchiato
These Dairy-Free Vanilla Latte Macchiatos are easy to make and delicious. Even the coffee snob in me enjoys them, albeit reluctantly.
Ingredients
- 250 ml250 ml250 ml Almond Milk
- 7.5 oz7.5 oz7.5 oz Vanilla Nespresso, (2 long shots)
- .125 tsp.125 tsp.125 tsp Vanilla Bean Pod, dried (substitute vanilla extract)
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Agave Nectar (Syrup), (substitute maple syrup or honey)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add almond milk, vanilla bean and agave syrup to a small sauce pan. Heat over medium-low until the milk starts to steam. Use a bamboo whisk or balloon whisk to beat the milk until it froths. Pour milk into individual mugs.
- Pour espresso overtop of milk to create a latte macchiato.
- Serve immediately.
