Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 350℉.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, mash one small banana. Add in remaining wet ingredients and whisk together.
  4. Add in protein powder and mix. Then add in baking powder, baking soda and flour. Mix until well combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Use a cookie scooper to scoop your dough, place on your lined tray and bake for about 12 minutes, or until cookies slightly crack on top.
  6. Optionally top with flaky sea salt before enjoying.

How to store: Place in an airtight container and store in the fridge for 5-7 days.
