Double Chocolate High Protein Cookies (Single Serve)
These double chocolate high protein cookies are such a simple recipe to make for when you’re craving a sweet treat, just for yourself. They are vegan, high protein thanks to the protein powder in these cookies, and make a small batch of three cookies. It’s the perfect amount if you want to bake and eat one right away, then save the other two for the rest of the week! They take just 10 minutes to make, made with. simple ingredients and are so decadent.
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana, mashed (small banana)
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 bunch1 bunch1 bunch Chocolate Protein Powder, 1 scoop of Good Protein Chocolate protein powder
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mash one small banana. Add in remaining wet ingredients and whisk together.
- Add in protein powder and mix. Then add in baking powder, baking soda and flour. Mix until well combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Use a cookie scooper to scoop your dough, place on your lined tray and bake for about 12 minutes, or until cookies slightly crack on top.
- Optionally top with flaky sea salt before enjoying.
Notes
How to store: Place in an airtight container and store in the fridge for 5-7 days.
