- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Vegan Shredded Mozzarella
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Almond Milk
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Garlic Powder

- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Oregano, Dried

- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt and Pepper, to taste

- Set oven to 350F
- In a small bowl whisk together eggs, almond milk, salt/pepper/garlic and oregano together.
- Add the noodles to a greased baking dish and pour egg mixture over the noodles.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella add the sauce and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with fresh basil or parsley if desired. Serve hot!
