Easy Chocolate Protein Bars
These are tasty, super easy, and packed with protein!!
Ingredients
- 3 cups3 cups3 cups Oats, Rolled, Seven Sundays Maple Almond Protein Oats (code MORGANOLIVETO for 30% off)
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter, Salted

- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 0.50.50.5 Chocolate Chips - Enjoy Life, 1/2 bag
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 111 Maldon Sea Salt Flakes

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine peanut butter and maple syrup in a small saucepan
- Stir over medium heat until warm
- In a big mixing bowl combine the peanut butter mixture and protein oats
- Once well combined, spread evenly in a square parchment-lined baking dish
- Set in fridge for an hour
- While those set, melt together the chocolate chips and coconut oil
- Once the bars are firm, slide the mixture out of the baking dish and cut into rectangles
- Roll in the chocolate, place on top of some parchment paper and sprinkle with salt
- Place back in the fridge for 10 mins
- Store in the fridge for up to a week
