Easy Gluten Free Chex Mix
This is my slightly upgraded take on the classic original Chex Party Mix, using my homemade gluten free bagel chips for it (so surprisingly easy!) Going heavy on both the Worcestershire sauce and seasoned salt are my two not-so-secret ingredients that give this mix that extra something everyone always loves. My favorite large non-toxic baking sheets work so well for baking this up, and it is a guaranteed crowd pleaser that never lasts long at the party.

- Prepare the seasoning salt by mixing salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly combined, then set aside. Preheat the oven to 250°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the Chex cereal, pretzels, and bagel chips.
- In a small microwave safe bowl, melt the butter, then stir in Worcestershire sauce, 1½ teaspoons of the seasoning salt, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Pour the butter mixture over the snack mix and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture in an even layer on a large baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour. Every 15 minutes, remove from the oven, drizzle with a little more Worcestershire sauce and seasoning salt, toss well, then return to the oven.
- Let cool, add a sprinkle of more seasoned salt if needed, and enjoy.
Notes
This recipe makes more seasoned salt than you’ll need, so save the extra for later or another recipe. You can also use a premade seasoned salt if you prefer, but these are all spices we always have on hand anyway.
