- Peel, wash, and dice the potatoes. Place them in a preheated pan with sunflower oil, add salt and pepper, and fry for 10 minutes.
- Now add the garlic and finely chopped parsley and mix.
- Dice the yellow, red, and green bell peppers and arrange them evenly, as shown in the photo.
- Use a spoon to make indentations in the diced peppers and crack the eggs into them. Sprinkle grated cheese on top, cover with a lid, and fry for 5–7 minutes, or until cooked through.
