Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Chop the onions and bell peppers small pieces. You can use any color bell peppers but using three different colors give the dish a beautiful color and flavor.
  2. Heat your pan for a few minutes and add the oil. Next we add the cumin seeds. When the seeds start the sizzle, add the chopped onions and stir for a few minutes.
  3. Add the bell peppers and give it a good stir till the edges star browning. Add the frozen peas, stir and cover the pan to let the veggies soften up as they steam. Remove the lid a few times to stir the veggies so they don’t stick to the bottom of the pan. You can sprinkle a little water if needed. The veggies should be cooked in about 10 minutes.
  4. Remove the lid and add the coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice and salt. Sauté for a few minutes and the dish is ready to serve.
