English Muffin Pizzas (Gluten Free)
These little English muffin pizzas are a nostalgic childhood favorite! Sometimes we made them in a toaster oven, while other times we baked them straight in the oven. One thing’s for sure: to prevent your English muffin pizza from becoming soggy, it’s essential to toast the English muffins before adding the sauce or toppings!
Ingredients
- 4 whole4 whole4 whole Gluten Free English Muffin, sliced in half
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Classic Pizza Sauce - Yo Mama's Foods
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Primal Palate Amore
- 24 pieces24 pieces24 pieces Pepperoni

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. On a lined baking sheet, arrange the English muffins with the cut side facing up in a single layer. Toast for about 5 minutes (longer if frozen) until lightly golden and crispy. Don't skip this step! It helps prevent a soggy base once you add your toppings!
- Remove the toasted muffins from the oven and spread a layer of tomato sauce on each half. Sprinkle with cheese, add some amore seasoning, and top with pepperoni slices.
- Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve fresh from the oven and enjoy!

This recipe is incredibly versatile! If you like your pizza a little saucier, feel free to adjust the amount of sauce to your liking. The same goes for the cheese—keep it light or pile it on for extra gooey goodness! For a fresh touch, try adding some basil on top.
