- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Honey

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

- Roasted Beets
- Preheat your Ninja air fryer to 375° F
- Wash and peel the golden beets, then cut them into wedges or cubes
- Lightly coat the beets in olive oil, and season with salt and pepper
- Toss into the air fryer for 10-15 minutes, tossing the basket half way through until tender
- Honey Balsamic Dressing
- In a small bowl or mason jar combine olive oil, balsamic, honey, salt and pepper to create the dressing
- Preparing the Salad
- In a large bowl add your mixed greens, cucumbers, carrot ribbons, peaches and roasted beets. Pour on the honey balsamic dressing, toss and enjoy!
