The easiest summer treat to make for your kids. Plus, it’s got hidden protein in it, so it’s a win for all parents. These are actually healthy and won’t make them go crazy or have a sugar rush! They’re perfect for that afternoon treat!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. First, mix the whipped cream and protein powder together.
  2. Using a knife, cut the chocolate into small, shaved pieces. Add to the whipped cream mixture and stir.
  3. Scoop mixture into your choice of ice cream cones. Top with sprinkles.
  4. Place in the freezer to let it harden. Enjoy!

Notes

I used a chocolate whey protein powder here, but you can get creative. Use vanilla, strawberry, really any flavor of your choice! I used organic sugar cones from sprouts, feel free to use whatever type of cone you want.
