Gluten-Free Apple Cinnamon Quick Bread

- 222 Eggs

- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Brown Sugar
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Granulated White Sugar

- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Salt

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder

- 1.5 tsp1.5 tsp1.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Powdered Sugar
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

- 1-2 Tbsp1-2 Tbsp1-2 Tbsp Milk, or Unsweeneted Plant-Based Milk start with one, add more to desired thickness

- Preheat oven to 350°
- In a large bowl, mix all of the batter ingredients together, then stir in the apples. You can stir with a spoon, you don't need to use an electric mixer!
- Pour batter into a greased or parchment lined loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Meanwhile mix together the frosting ingredients then set aside.
- After the loaf is done baking, let cool for at least 10 minutes before frosting and slicing. Enjoy!
