Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
This gluten-free chocolate chip banana bread is the perfect combination of moist, tender banana flavor and rich chocolatey goodness—all without any gluten! - 3-43-43-4 Banana, ripe
- 222 Eggs
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Coconut Oil, liquid
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- .333 cup.333 cup.333 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Almond Milk
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Dark Chocolate Chips, optional
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the dry ingredients (except for the chocolate chips). Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas using a fork until smooth. Then, add the remaining wet ingredients and mix well.
