Gluten-Free Nut Butter Blondies

Ingredients

- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Cornmilk - Maizly, or any milk of choice

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 0.75 tsp0.75 tsp0.75 tsp Baking Soda
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Salt

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour - Primal Palate

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Organic Sprouted Pecans - Lark Ellen Farm, chopped, plus extra to top

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Oat Milk, Organic

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together nut & seed butter, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in gluten-free flour, baking soda, and salt until fully combined. The batter will be thick but scoopable.
- Gently fold in sprouted pecans so they’re evenly incorporated.
- Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan. Bake for 25 min, or until edges are lightly golden and a toothpick in the center comes out mostly clean (a few crumbs are ok).
- While blondies are cooling, whisk together powdered sugar, maple syrup and milk until well combined. Drizzle over the blondies.
- Slice into squares, optionally top with more crushed pecans and enjoy!
Notes
How to store: place in the fridge in an airtight container for up to one week.
