Irish Cream Cold Brew
This Irish Cream Cold Brew is the perfect drink to celebrate St. Patrick's Day! It's refreshing, full of flavour, and the added flavour of the Irish cream liqueur takes your regular coffee up a level!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Coffee, Brewed
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Irish Cream Liqueur
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Oat Milk, Organic
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Chocolate Syrup, to line the inside of your glass - you can also use melted chocolate or not include this
- 4 whole4 whole4 whole Ice Cubes
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Whipped Cream, optional, to top
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Cocoa Powder, to top (or top with chocolate shavings)
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of the glass for a decorative touch.
- Fill your glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the brewed coffee over the ice.
- Add Irish cream liqueur and stir gently
- Pour in the milk and mix well.
- Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder or chocolate shavings, if desired.
- Sip and enjoy!
