Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. preheat oven to 375.
  2. in a bowl, whisk together egg, yogurt, & water.
  3. in a separate bowl, mix together cassava flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, & salt.
  4. pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients; mix together into a ball.
  5. divide ball into 8 little balls, then press out into a round shape on a sheet pan.
  6. sprinkle EBTB seasoning on top of each bun.
  7. bake for 16-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. allow to cool, then slice in half.
