Strawberry Whipped Cream
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Divide your grapes into matching pairs; make sure they are the same size and shape.
- Cut the bottom third of each grape diagonally.
- Stick the two sides together to make the heart shape and pierce them with a toothpick, bamboo stick or candy stick.
- Place freeze dried strawberries in a blender or food processor until it turns into a fine powder.
- Using either a stand mixer or hand held mixer, whip all ingredients on high speed until the whipped cream is thick and fluff, don’t overbeat.
Notes
Make sure whipping cream is fresh and not close to expiration. Subs: For dip, feel free to use greek yogurt for added protein or coconut cream to make it dairy-free! To make it vegan, sub honey for pure maple syrup
