Greek Yogurt Bark
This afternoon treat is the perfect snack to hold the kids over before dinner. It’s packed with protein, healthy, carbs, and fats making it the perfect well balanced snack. My kids loved this and they definitely thought it was dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Peanut Butter

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Mini Chocolate Chips, Semi-Sweet

- Lay out a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Drop 2 cups of Greek yogurt onto the parchment paper and spread out to make the base of your bark.
- Swirl in the peanut butter until it is spread all around.
- Slice your banana and topped the yogurt bark with it. Then sprinkle the chocolate chip chips all around.
- Placed in the freezer until it is hardened and ready to break
