Halloween Peanut Butter Cookies
The best way to kick off October is with these Halloween peanut butter cookies! These are perfect for the spooky season!
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Beth Blends Nut/Cassava Free Flour Blend (2lb bag)
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup Almond Flour
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Soda
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Cane Sugar
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Almond Milk
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 10 - 13 whole10 - 13 whole10 - 13 whole Original Oreo, Halloween ones from Trader Joes

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a stand mixer, mix together all ingredients until the dough becomes perfect!
- Roll into cookie dough balls and place on a baking sheet. Place in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and transfer to a cooling rack. Take a dollop of frosting and frost the bottom of a Halloween Oreo. Press the Oreo into the middle of the cookie, frosting facing down. Let the frosting harden so the cookie will stay and enjoy!
