- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Italian Seasoning

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Garlic Powder

- 111 Avocado Oil, To Coat - EVOO works well too
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Marinara Sauce, Or pizza sauce - Organic
- 24 pieces24 pieces24 pieces Pepperoni
- 24 pieces24 pieces24 pieces Sugar-Free Canadian Pork Bacon Slices - US Wellness Meats, Cooked

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Pineapple, Cut into Chunks
- 1 bunch1 bunch1 bunch Arugula, Garnish - OPTIONAL

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a large bowl of a standing mixer, add water, starter, and yeast.
- Add the flour, salt, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Mix everything together with a spatula. If there is a lot of excess flour, add a tiny bit more water.
- Cover the bowl with a wet dish towel and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Knead the dough on medium for 5 minutes.
- Flour a surface and divide the dough in half.
- Shape each half into a ball and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper lightly coated with avocado or olive oil.
- Brush each ball of dough lightly with oil and cover with plastic wrap.
- Let the flour rise about 4 hours.
- Shape your pizza dough on an oiled piece of parchment paper.
- Add your toppings and bake on a pizza pan or stone at 425 until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Garnish with arugula.
- ENJOY!
