- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Cumin, Ground
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Salsa Verde
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Onion, Chopped
- 222 Garlic, Cloves
- 222 Avocado, Large and Ripe
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Cilantro, Loosely Packed
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Black Peppercorns, Ground Fresh
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Corn
- 4 cups4 cups4 cups Lettuce, Green Leaf, Cut
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Tomato, Grape, Sliced
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Red Onion, Sliced
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, Or Cheddar, Sliced
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Salsa
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Sour Cream
- 444 Sourdough Flour Tortillas (click for recipe), Any type of tortilla will work
- 4 cups4 cups4 cups Corn Tortilla Chips

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Make the chicken marinade. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl with the exception of the chicken.
- Mix well, add the chicken, and marinate for 8 – 24 hours.
- Make the Creamy Avocado Verde by combining all of the ingredients in a food processer.
- Process until smooth. Chill until ready to serve.
- Heat the grill to 450F.
- Grill the chicken for 4 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and grill for an additional 4 minutes.
- Set aside and cover with foil while prepping the rest of the dish.
- Add the lettuce to a large bowl with a few large spoonful's of the Creamy Avocado Verde.
- Evenly dress the lettuce with the Creamy Avocado Verde.
- Add the lettuce to 4 individual salad bowls.
- Slice the chicken.
- Top the salad bowls with the chicken and the remaining bowl ingredients. Serve with tortillas.
