Healthier Ferrero Rocher
Homemade Ferrero Rocher are so delicious, easy to make, and made healthy ingredients! This is the perfect little holiday treat that is nostalgic, while being vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free!
Ingredients
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Hazelnut, roasted
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Hazelnut Butter

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cacao Powder, Raw
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract

- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Salt

- 12 whole12 whole12 whole Hazelnut, Extra whole for the middle
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Dark Chocolate, melted

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Coconut Oil, melted
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Hazelnut, Crushed

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a mini processor, blend hazelnuts, hazelnut butter, cacao, oil, vanilla, and salt
- Form into balls and press down into middle to place a hazelnut in and then seal
- Melt chocolate with oil
- Stir in chopped hazelnuts
- Coat each ball and place on plate
- Place in fridge for 30 minutes or freezer for 15 to firm
- Sink your teeth in 🙂
