Healthy and Cozy Pumpkin Chili
Adding pumpkin puree to all sorts of different recipes is one of my favorites, and it works so well in this chili! I love how it thickens the chili, adds fiber, and gives it a fall flare without a noticeable pumpkin flavor.
It is done in an hour maximum and is just the perfect cozy meal to warm you up. I think pumpkin chili is my favorite type, and from what I’ve heard from others, they agree! Definitely make this one, it is super simple, can stay warm on the stove for a while, and reheats very well.

Notes
Pasture-raised meat is better for the environment too because it helps restore nutrients in the soil. I purchase 100% pasture-raised meat online from US Use code "LIVNATURALLY10" at Fond bone broth for a discount! *I use Caraway cookware, which does not need much or any oil, so add as much as you'd like due to preference
