Healthy Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
it’s the beginning of pumpkin season and we all love a good pumpkin bread! Most pumpkin breads are filled with all kinds of ingredients that are not needed to make the perfect slice. This one is made with wholesome ingredients, very little sugar and is absolutely delicious.
Ingredients

- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup All Purpose Flour
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Sprouted Rolled Oats - One Degree Organic
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

- 2 cup2 cup2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips, Semi-Sweet

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a bread pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients. Whisk together until the batter is perfectly creamy and blended together.
- Fold in your chocolate chips.
- Pour into the bread pan. Place in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Let it cool, slice and enjoy!
